The worst. Won't answer the phone or the one time the lady answered, never called back. A/c hooked up wrong. 30 gals of water in our a/c ducts. Water under our vinyl floors.
Paid a $225 service fee for someone to come view my home and leave within 10 minutes. He knocked on my door asking for the money when I had already paid over the phone. After this they took FOREVER to come out and apply the skirting. I called them every week over a span of 8 weeks before they finally came out and put the skirting on my trailer. we haven’t even had our ac installed for two months and it’s already leaking freon. this is the sloppiest job of an installation i’ve ever laid my eyes on. good luck calling with an issue because they will tell you to hold, they then will hang up and NEVER call you back. if i could give a negative rating i definitely would. DO NOT USE MOBILE AIR, waste of your time. update: we were told the guy will be here at 6 or 7 this morning, we called at 7:30 to hear that he over slept and is on the way to pick up parts. it’s been anot... read more
