we haven’t even had our ac installed for two months and it’s already leaking freon. this is the sloppiest job of an installation i’ve ever laid my eyes on. good luck calling with an issue because they will tell you to hold, they then will hang up and NEVER call you back. if i could give a negative rating i definitely would. They gave me a quote for stump removal, house pads, dirt work, a driveway pad and gravel. They did not remove the stumps. Instead, they cut them off at the ground and covered them with dirt, then lied about digging them up. They also billed me separately for the driveway culvert that was in the original quote. And last but not least, they turtle backed my driveway instead of sloping it away from the house creating a drainage ditch between my house and the driveway.
