So we had our Mazda CX-7 diagnosed and a near complete rebuild of the AC, just to have a brand new factory part fail. When contacted, the team were keen to rediagnose the problem and made it a priority to repair as I waited. I have bought brand new parts that have failed due to factory issues myself, so I wasn't upset with the team, but as we had spent a decent amount of money, I was upset that it had failed so quickly. Took my car there today - Impressed with the polite, friendly and helpful lady at reception - and all work done by the mechanic - aircon back to super chill. Very professional operation, large workshop and looks super busy with numerous staff working on jobs. Will be taking my other cars there soon. Highly recommended.
Took my car here and they were incredibly honest with the issue I had and didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend. Shout out to receptionist who was Amazing and helpful with troubleshooting the issue
