We were in need of getting several things fixed on our campers while in the area. They came out assessed the situation made a list if parts they were going to order and told us it wiukd be a day or two to get the parts. We paid them for their time plus some extra because they didnt have change we told them to email us a reciept and we would see them in a couple days. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I called to get someone to come look at my fridge in my RV because It had stopped working while I was away for a few days . The guy that answered made me prepay $75.00 and promised to send someone out within 30 minutes. After over an hour I realized I had been scammed. I paid on cash out app. . After I paid and looked at my receipt my money went to edwardIneedabag...I tried contacting him for almost two hours. His phone went straight to voicemail.

Will never call this company again. Called them in FEBRUARY to replace the GPS/radio in my rv. I called the warranty people and they said it was covered but a licensed RV mechanic needs to do the work. So I did all the trouble shooting work, all he needed to do was order and install. This was in February. It’s June. Nothing but the run around. Excuses left and right from his office, if you can even get ahold of them. Said he had “staffing issues”. Not my problem.
