Spent the last 30 minutes in a "10 minute oil change" and another 30 at just the car wash. Been coming here for years and I say Its a pretty typical visit.... I only come for the free car wash and honestly I don't even think the fustration is worth it anymore. The care they have for your vehicle is poor in my opinion. My car ALWAYS stands outside and Its a guessing game because no one will tell you its done. They'll just leave the key in your car dumped on the road for anyone to take. I had my car washed here. Overall a 5 star car wash. Had 5 people at once cleaning the car.
I went for an oil change. Found out my drain plug was stripped. They took my skid plate off (for no reason) to attempt to get the bolt off. After 2 hours, bolt never came off and they threw my skid plate in my backseat and told me to go to the people who stripped it. Let this speak for the place
