Got stuck in fort wilderness with brand new momentum that would not charge 12V system. Lost all power when batteries drained. Mr.Gibson came out Friday night and spent 2-3 hours trouble shooting and tracing wires. Factory had completely wrong connections, 2 of the grounds were connected to the positive bus!! Unfortunately didn’t catch that at the dealer when I bought because batteries were charged at the time and connected to shore power. Guy charged me to inspect RV and told me he'd sent repair estimate for insurance and then ghosted me.
Beware! This person stole an RTIC cooler from my grandparents RV during repair. They admitted to taking it, but have not returned it after multiple calls.
Awesome response time and friendly service.
James Gibson definitely did a fantastic job. Our rv ac went out in July while on vacation. He was here within the hour and had the ac part and fixed within 2 hours!! Very polite and professional and we are so grateful we called him to help us out! Perfect customer service and service!!!
