My girlfriend had the worst customer service experience ever with the so-called manager at Mobil. She went to wash her car early in the morning on Tuesday and the machine did the pre-wash then promptly broke. It was stuck on her bumper and the wash lights were flashing, along with a prolonged buzzer ringing.
