Refuse to do labor only oil changes with Mobil 1 oil I purchased myself. Go to Mavis down the street instead.
Waited for 30 mins in line. When I finally got to the front, they told me they didn’t have synthetic oil available so they couldn’t complete the service and asked me to come back 2 days later.
