Employees do not know their job. My GMC 1500 uses full synthetic oil. I was given a choice of three brand choices and price levels. Took the middle price. They tried too up sell me on a more expensive filter. 12000km life. So they say..... Took the regular filter. When finished, I said" see you in 12,000km." He said "no, your oil change is in 5000km. " I said 12000km he said "no, we recommend this every 5000km". My truck manual read 12000km and the oil manufacturer said 10 to 12000km they are going for a cash grab. This comp... read more
