I went here on Sunday afternoon (May 3 around 4 PM) after a frustrating experience at another local shop, and the team here completely turned my day around. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. It is so seldom that I get impressed at a business anymore. I phoned mobile one this morning asking how much to replace the headlight in my car. I was quoted half the price as a big box store. So I went and tried them out a few hours later and they were fantastic. I was in the door immediately and out the door and under 10 minutes plus I met a lovely gentleman who did not work at the store but was there and we had a pleasant conversation for that 10 minutes.
