I went in for a synthetic oil change which was a better price in the area but the communication and attitude the whole time was frustrating and to top it all off, they never told me my car was too low and ended up breaking a line and grinding up the whole entire bottem. They never said sorry or anything and one younger man said “sorry, this hasn’t happened before” and just left. No one else came to say anything to me and they just talked to each other, not one word to me. Overall just a really bad experience

Two days ago, I visited this shop to fix a punctured tire. They patched it, and I paid $45 for the service. The very next day, I noticed the tire was flat again. When I called to raise my concern, they refused to take responsibility. I went back to the shop, and this time they told me the puncture was at the corner of the tire and not repairable.
