Always a great experience at Mr Kleen. We used to live around the corner and enjoyed their service and prices. 20 years ago we moved north but we still stop here for oil changes on all 4 of our cars!
I've been bringing my cars here for years and while I have no complaints about the service expected and done.. It's the fact that they've done things I specifically asked not to. I've said 'don't vacuum' every time and I’ll see them in the car vacuuming.. The last visit, I said 'no air filter' as I'd already purchased one I would change myself at home.. I didn't want them removing the engine cover, disassembling and stirring up any debris inside. I'm in the waiting room and the tech walks in to show me the dirty air filter. ... read more
