I expected a better operation from a Mobil 1 branded location. I drove across town to get there. Place seemed disorganized and I can't say I got a clean shop feeling. Oil change was performed right away. When the guy removed the funnel, he dripped oil across my engine and front of my car. Not that big of a deal, but just careless and seemingly hurried, for no apparent reason. I expected a more professional experience. I won't return.
