Terrible Staff - POOR Customer Service- Terrible service— go in for an Inspection— came out with Broken Brakes — they would not accept responsibility!! Brakes worked Perfectly Fine when it went in !! They lie & would not fix them!! Terrible Management!! Guess the Customer is always right , is out the window with them!!

Use to be a decent location, service has slipped and gotten worse over the years. They don't pay attention to order of customer regardless of how long you was waiting. Why is another person's time more valuable then one who's been waiting, either way the workers are tied up with a vehicle waiting.

Got an oil change done on a 2014 ford fusion. Drove off, they put the skid plates on wrong, had to turn around, and get that put back on, it got bent and they pounded it back. Did not apologize for the mistake, not really upset about it, but still... Was under my car today, they did not use a Mobil 1 oil filter, disappointing, I like mobil 1 products, that's why i tried them out, they used a car quest. After being at this location a few times and being skeptical everytime I figured I would give it another chance. With all 3 bays occupied one bay with a vehicle that has been put to rest and a pile of trash infront of it. Middle bay possible brake job in progress I chose the last bay. All the staff and "manager" are standing in there office and proceed to apply seizing wire around a associate to a chair then proceed to put him in the back of a truck.
