I had my oil changed at Express oil change in Fort Payne. I noticed that afterwards I was seeing oil on my carport. So I had the truck checked out. The plug was so tight that the ring was mushroomed out, causing the leak. My truck has a skid plate that has to be taken off to get to the filter. It had not been removed, if it had they would have told me that it was hanging on by 1 screw. And the filter has a cartridge. It wasn't changed, it was bad and the ring was cracked and dry rotted.
Great place for oil change. Nice friendly staff
