I tried Mobil 1 for an oil change because they were very good to my grandson with a used vehicle we bought for him. We did not know the service record on the vehicle, so he went for an oil change at Mobil 1. When they gathered the info on his vehicle, they told him he still had 2500 kms before he needed an oil change. I took my vehicle here and was very pleased with the service and price. This will now be my go to place.

John and his “Family of Employees” are the best in Medicine Hat and probably Alberta. For the past number of years always take my vehicles and others there for Auto Service and Lube. Just recently had a road trip to Calgary and back and had an issue with the skid plate on our Sorento getting badly damaged! Called them next day and took vehicle into Lube Bay and they re attached and repaired skid plate (Gratis) and saved me numerous $ by not having to be “Lured” into purchasing a new one! I highly recommend this business. 5 Kyle was amazing in helping me out with my needs. In the future I will deal with this company in Medicine Hat for all my car mechanical needs, oil changes and tires. Courtesy and customer were above and beyond amazing. Thank you Mobile one in Medicine Hat

My daughter and I were travelling from Southwest MB to Vancouver BC, in very cold winter weather. Outside of Medicine Hat her vehicle started to slow down, a warning came on that said the vehicle had reduced engine power, and the check engine light came on. I called Mobil 1 and they told us to come in and they’d look at it. We were looked after immediately, told what the issue was, given some really good advice, and reassured that it was safe to drive the vehicle.
