Total lack of responsibilities. Threatening when asked to cover the repairs under warranty. Got a screen replacement here for my iPad. He said he is going to put an original Apple screen. After repairs, there were many problems, and when I went back, he asked me to go to Apple and get it fixed.
Paid $500 for a screen replacement on my iPad Pro 12.9 — and honestly, I didn’t realize I was signing up for a series of problems instead of a repair. Shortly after the repair, the display started coming off from the edges, clearly not glued properly. I went back 2–3 times, very politely, asking them to fix it.
