Had my IPhone 11 repaired and these guys did a great job. Try to protect my hardware so I purchased a phone cover similar to my old one Lifeproof but it was a generic one recommended by the staff member. Came back the next day to try and swap the cover because I wasn’t happy with the way the cover performed…buttons were hard to press. He suggested cutting a few incisions near the buttons to make it work. I did try to return the item and said I could clean the item but he said it was too dirty.
