Got to ER at 6:30 left at 11:00. Everyone was great. My only complaint was wait time was too long. Took 10 minutes for nurse to hook me up to monitors and draw blood, MRI took 5 minutes and doctors discussion on results and my next steps took another 10 minutes. The rest of the time was just waiting. I think the process could be faster if group of the employees got together and did a process flow chart to eliminate the waste (patient week time). The process would be smoother and result in saving.
The Moberly Emergency Room was top notch in my opinion. The Doctor and Nurses treated me with compassion and professionalism.. the service and wait time was phenomenal. They treated me like family and it was obvious that they were on top of their game.. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone needing professional care and emergency services. I couldn't have been happier, this hospital has earned my trust. Thanks to everyone for making my medical experience feel like a priority.
I had a great experience with the ER staff at Moberly Regional Medical Center on August 4th, 2025. Everyone was professional, caring, and attentive to my needs. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate their excellent care.
