I had an appt scheduled with radiology at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:20am. Signed the clip board and waited to be checked in, as instructed. I didn't get checked in until about 11am. Was then sent to radiology, who told me I missed my appointment and would have to either wait longer or reschedule. The ladies in radiology were very apologetic. Apparently, they've had many complaints about the front desk/ check in. The whole check in process is ridiculous. I've never seen a process so horrible.
The xray teck was kind, considerate and helpful in explaining what they were looking for.
This hospital deserves 0 stars went to er with suspected pancreatitis a lot of symptoms feeling like crap and er give me no medication no answers I checked my patient portal several Labs were elevated pointing towards liver issues and pancreatitis got treated terrible this ER is ridiculous the fact that I went there sick and got no answers that's terrible I would not recommend this ER to no one 0 stars an er nurse staff that answer phone very rude an there 660 number they gave me too call to talk to them is a bull crap numbe... read more
