On behalf of the Moberly Mobile Home Park residents we have many complaints about how this park is being ran. The pot holes and roads are causing damage to our vehicle's and some roads are so bad some residents can barley get to their homes. The sewage lagoon at night smells horrid. Nothing is being done about it even tho many complaints have been made. The park management has bumped up the rent from 200.00 to 210.00 and late fees from 30.00 to 50.00 without any written contrat for any of the residents to sign. The managemen... read more
