First off, we buy a car and the salesman said he usually fills the tank up since it was on E but he couldn't do it that night because he had to leave since it was getting late and he had kids to get home to. I as a mother understood but I also thought it was rude as an employee making commission off of this purchase. The salesman said he would contact me that next week and fill the tank up and get the car detailed for the inconvenience. TWO weeks went by and we still have not heard from him, I finally reached out and they to... read more

Livermore Ford service is the worst in the Bay Area. Might as well drive a few miles more and head to Walnut Creek Ford. They charged me close to $1000 for my first service for my Bronco with 7000 miles on it. The Ford recommended service was ~$150, they added on about $800 worth of completely unnecessary dealer service items. I asked them to keep the filters so I could inspect them, and as I suspected, they were very clean and didn't need replacing. There were a bunch of other such completely unnecessary work done. Will... read more

Just really bad service. I have scheduled my F-150 that I bought from Morris Smith Ford 5-months ago with a different dealership. Took the truck in for oil change and to have the system checked for a burn wire smell and phone won't connect to the truck. Service tech. scheduled the date and time. He first sent me a confirmation of the appointment for the wrong vehicle. When I called him to let him know he had the wrong vehicle scheduled he laughed and said that was the sales department mess up? He did say it would take... read more

We had a great experience working w/ Jorge Lopez. He was able to help us get the color of car we wanted from a different dealership and made the process very easy. Everyone was friendly in the office and made buying a care painless. Highly recommend

I recently purchased a new 2026 Ford Maverick. My salesman was Jay Wasson, an easy salesperson to deal with. He was a good listener who provided the extra effort to get a vehicle I could afford and one with the features I wanted. Jay was even willing to explain all of the computerized features, and Jay didn't cause me stress or pressure me to make a buy. I am recommending asking for Jay Wasson if visiting the Springfield Corwin Ford dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Ozzie and the rest of the service department for taking such great care of me. They were extremely patient understanding and helpful. They were always in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on dropping off the vehicle. They gave me a ride home. I had nobody to help me. Upon completion of vehicle, they tried the electrical system out on a trailer they had. They guaranteed it was fixed then they delivered it to my home. I have never been treated with customer s... read more

While in Pigeon Forge during my granddaughter's Spring Break softball trip, my brakes failed. I managed to get the vehicle into Rocky Top Ford. I was greeted by Otto. Otto listened to my concerns and took it upon himself to crawl under the vehicle to identify the problem. He called me over to point out where the brake fluid was "gushing" out. After determining that I had had a brake fluid flush before leaving home, Otto sent the vehicle back where the technician, Broady, found the left rear brake caliper bleeder to be loose.... read more
