Love having the option to have my vehicle picked up and delivered back to me at work. Super convenient. The reason I took off one star was because I got a request for payment that did not include an invoice and according to the text I received, I wouldn't get the car back until I paid the invoice. I called and was told that the invoice would be in the car when it was returned.
