This company holds the note on my home and their customer service department and managers don’t follow through with what they say they will do over the phone. I’ve had to call about an $18 boo-boo on their part and admitted to it and a year and as of this posting (approx 10 mos later) they still have not removed the charge. I’ve called every month. Sheesh!
