I called the office today to make an appointment to see dr. Moattari. The nurse on the phone mentioned I can’t see the doctor or make an appointment again because I missed an appointment back in 2023… absolute atrocious policy for a doctor’s office. I wouldn’t even bother seeing him to begin with. Imagine missing an appointment and having to look for a different doctor altogether. Boro baba…

Doc, Neither you nor your secretary deserve this one star, but I have no other choice. you are not the only with your specialty in the area. I will definitely find a replacement. Dr. Moattari is wonderful, competent AND listens to my body and symptoms and not just the numbers. He is thorough and doesn't rush the appointment. His demeanor is down to business. He is not warm and fuzzy, and I am fine with that. I would recommend him to my friends.
