WORST LAWYER I'VE EVER MET. DOESN'T COMMUNICATE.,. DOESN'T SHOW UP TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS DOESN'T PREPARE FOR COURT APPEARANCES REFUSES TO USE ANY EVIDENCES YOU MAY PROVIDE. SHOW PRETTY MUCH SIT AROUND IN INCAPACITATE YOU SO THAT YOU LOSE YOUR CASE. I didn’t use her services but I live with someone who did. She doesn’t answer phone calls or emails, she is happy to take your money and then you won’t hear from her for months. She has a has a new person working for her what seems like weekly and they don’t respond to emails or calls. It’s so bad that it truly feels like you’re being scammed. TLDR: It’s interesting that one of the other reviewers stated that Moani is a “tremendously capable attorney” and has challenges like all attorneys do. But not all lawyers also get their license suspended. There’s a reason for her numerous poor reviews on Google and Yelp. Her suspension was due to multiple complaints of misconduct. Moani is easy to talk to. She’s personable, educated and knowledgeable. This lawyer is very good at the beginning, she likes to complement you, play on your emotions, look very caring and say I will help you, but months in, nothing. This was custody case, she was never reachable, late to her own scheduled appointments with me, I had submitted tons of evidence on why we needed to enforce the order, nothing, absolutely nothing.
