My stuff got stolen out of my unit on 4/26. They have security cameras all over yet they claim they have nothing on tape. Manager Jeffbis a total asshole. If you have any valuables don’t take them here, you will get ripped off. There were three other units broken into when I got burglarized and Reno PD is absolutely useless.
Well, if there was a less than one star I would have chosen that. Our stuff was stolen on 4/8/26 right out of our unit. We got a call from Jeff the manager to tell us as much. In the preceding days we had two conversations about it and he was no help. There are security cameras all over the place yet he had the nerve to tell me that they had nothing on tape. wtf??
