I had a great experience! The young lady helped me out! She was extremely knowledgeable and Customerservicewas excellent. I decided to try something new. She gave her honest opinion. I left out feeling satisfied and not robbed. I will definitely return.
As for customer service the Girl that works there don't know hair she has her picks who is nice to... she has the Brazilian hair saying that it's Indian. And Indian is Brazilian even tho Both are soft... When i've been dealing with hair over thirty five years and I said over.. I had to go and see for myself that yes her attitude is Horrible and as I'm talking to her knowing hair textures asked her another question she seemed a lil Irritated... i have been coming here for a year and some change I have referred several people as well but after today i will only come when cynthia is working.
