I started going to Katie for chronic shoulder pain. Nothing else had helped, but I left my first session feeling SO much better, and it was almost nonexistent after a few more sessions. I ended up doing the 10 series as well, and it’s been awesome to see how each session has gradually improved my overall posture and body awareness. I wish I’d started sooner!

I went to Katie because of a long term shoulder injury and ended up doing the full ten series. Katie (and rolfing in general) helped me understand my movement patterns better and the changes it resulted in seem pretty lasting. Throughout the series, I had a ton of random questions about movement and Katie always gave super thoughtful answers that were simplified enough for me to understand and integrate. If you're considering rolfing, definitely make an appointment with Katie!
After dealing with persistent back pain I decided to book the 10 series of Rolfing. From the first session I started to notice immediate improvements with the alignment and balance of my whole body. Katie took the time to answer all my question and focus on my individual needs. She creates a great relaxing atmosphere for recovery. I will definitely return to Moab Rolfing for any future aches and pains.
I came to Katie after the 2021 Fire season with my body full of aches, pains, and injuries. Some of these injuries have been life long from college rugby and many other outdoor sports that occupy my life. One of the injuries that bothered me most were from a recent ankle injury including strained tendons from a backcountry wildfire a long with some knee issues.
