My insurance allows me to exercise here. I'm traveling through, but everyone at the front desk is happy and accommodating. It has an outdoor and indoor pool. I mostly went hiking and used the facilities showers. The water was warm and the main locker room had lockers, bathrooms and the showers. It had signs to conserve water, but for the days I was there,one shower was constantly running. Perfect for a visiting Triathlete. As a training athlete visiting Moab with my family, the MRAC helped me to not miss a single workout. From hoping into the lanes for lap swim to using the gym to lift and grab an indoor spin on a stationary bike, MRAC was amazing. I didn't bring the fam because our rental had a pool, but the kids splashing around in the outdoor pool looked like they were having the time of their life.
