Do not do business with this rip off artist! She installs defectitve equipment and then puts you off with cliches. The ECOBEE she installed has never worked. Won't replace it with something that works. I can get some response from it if I punch it a few times, but then it still doesn't work. The HVAC unit will make some noise once in a while but it does not heat or cool, at least not what I expect for $14,000.

Great experience with Moab Heat-N-Cool as the Jacob diagnosed the issue with our cooling system and had it resolved within 24hrs. Explained everything and was polite and professional! Would highly recommend Update as I had another positive experience with Moab Heat N Cool at a separate location. Had a major issue with a Split Unit system in a new residence. Highly recommend Moab Heat-N-Cool for sewer line clogs! They were fast, friendly, and efficient.
I had issue with water pipes and called many places but they didn’t return or cared. But, I had a great experience with Moab Heat-N-Cool. When I called their office, the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind and caring. Within just 15 minutes, she called me back and sent over their master plumber, Cole, along with his assistant, Sean.
