I first entered this place with my toddlers balance bike that had a loose seat. My kids bike was from multiple hand me downs. The people here tightened it up for me, and didn’t even charge me for it. 6 months later, I purchased a full bike here for my kid, since I was so impressed the first time around. I’m so sorry I read they’re closing this location.

As others have said they are super friendly people who provide great service. I went to a shop on Shelby down the road, and they charged me $50 to adjust my brake cables. MOAB replaced my brakes for $50 out the door. They also were able to service my bike the same day (completed it in ~3 hours). Very e-bike friendly, as well. Top-notch stuff.
I was trying to change my bike pedals and just could not get them off. Called the shop and they were happy to take a look. Got the pedals off within minutes and didn't charge me a cent. Super friendly staff and would definitely come back here!
Extremely friendly and helpful each and every time I’m there. Highly recommend for repairs, new gear, and friendly service!
