I recently attended a qi gong class at the Salt Cave in Bolton, by Elyse. Let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance along with the amazing class led by Elyse were outstanding, to say the least. Elyse went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment. She is obviously highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend qi gong at the Salt Cave
