Jeremy at MO Therapy is definitely at the top of my "go to list"! A few weeks ago, my muscles were feeling tight, a bit sore and I was stressed. I booked a massage with Jeremy. He was very thorough with his exam to zone in on what really needed the deep tissue work. He adjusted his pressure and technique as needed to really maximum the benefit.
