Started my small business loan application with Teresa Simmons in early November 2025 and she told me her goal was to close by the end of the month. After numerous emails (mostly ones that weren't answered) and phone calls through mid-january 2026, I was told by her that she was implementing some new system to get applications approved quicker and that we should close by the end of January.
