Contacting them is a nightmare. Don't even bother trying to chat, they will direct you to call them anyway and then after waiting over an hour you may be redirected and on hold again. Happens every time I need to contact them.

I have lived in 5 other states Missouri is the worst BY FAR. I have been trying for 2 years unsuccessfully to get my kids on CHIP even though they are eligible through the Healthcare MP. They keep messing up. Sometimes I feel it is on purpose. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them. They say the issue is resolved but it never is.

Awful. Every year I'm asked to do the same annual enrollment crap. I do my part, on time, every year just to find out you've taken their coverage away. What are we all supposed to do when you rip CHILDREN'S COVERAGE away for no reason. But what do we even do?! Nothing to do. There's no accountability. We're missing important appointments.
