Anyone remember the Seinfeld episode with the soup nazi? This place is like that with their portions. Cabbage wasn’t included in a meal that it should have been. There was no thinking outside of the box with making requests when I was very forthcoming in paying extra. I normally love coming here because I know I won’t be lacking with protein. Not the case at this location. The food I did get was delicious, the service…..no meat for me!

Stood in line for 15mins while 3 employees watch i guy work. There were 2 people in line. Food was not ready. Waited 5 more minutes for my food to be ready. Terribly managed.

I ordered through DoorDash from here tonight, and the Katsu they gave me was burnt to a crisp. I usually don’t post negative reviews, but this has happened multiple times. I say you have one in three chances of having the food burnt so bad that you can’t eat it

We come here often. The food is usually good and sometimes great. The biggest problem is it takes 3 times as long as it should. If there is more than 3 people in front of you plan for 25 minutes until you get to eat. Every time we come we are never impressed with the speed of how quick the they help you. They focus on the drive up or online orders. I see many people leave the wait line. If they could speed up the help (which the workers are kind but poorly trained) it would be a 4 or 4.5 star.
