I was the engineering manager. In my opinion this place has a very toxic work environment. Fast turn around in employees. Poor training. Frequently lay-off. Was once a good company but I feel it has really gone downhill in the last few years, sad it has potential. Pay is ok for the area, the work you do is not hard. Google the owner if you are thinking of working here or doing business. A little research can go a long way.
