We have used Minnesota Restoration Contractors twice for storm damage to our roof, fascia, and gutters. Both times we have used Gary Chung as our construction job manager. Gary is awesome!!! He is there super quick, helps with the insurance adjuster, inspects the insurance adjuster report and tells us if there are errors, gets permits, coordinates the sub contractors, on site to make sure things are done correctly, and inspects completed jobs. Scott and Chris did an excellent job on our hose shingle job. Very responsive to our questions and explaned eveyrthing in detail.
We recently had a new roof with MNRC. Tyler Hobbs was our Field Rep. From the start Tyler showed excellent knowledge of the entire process and explained everything. He worked well with the insurance people, adjuster, etc. He was always prompt in returning phone calls and messages which is greatly appreciated. Tyler was probably the best home project person we have ever dealt with. He even went beyond the call of duty when he came back after the job completion and magnet swept the area THOROUGHLY to find many more nails... read more
