Update: I have tried calling and I have also sent in an email....no response from anyone. So that being said I suggest to anyone to double check your taxes. It wouldn't hurt and doesn't take long. A simple mistake with a simple correction could save you money down the road. It surely would have saved my family member alot of time, money and stress. They have very good customer service, they always reply quickly to inquiries. We have been customers since 2007 for both conditioner and annual fillings, and have never had a less-than-amazing experience.
