I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to claim bankruptcy. The staff at MNP were very compassionate and informative. They worked with me when I was having difficulty making my monthly payments. The counselling service was very interactive and informative. It can be a very scary expetience, having to claim bankruptcy. Just keep the trustee informed and up to date. Ask lots of questions and seek advice.
