You guys should hire a receptionist. Whenever I have to call you, it takes forever for someone to pick up my call. (something around 60 minutes). Update: This Company is a big joke. I have been trying to pay my invoice over the phone with my credit card for exactly 5 days and NO ONE so far has picked up my phone calls. This company is full of incompetent people that don't know how to work. This is unacceptable..

This firm emailed me a 40-page document on Friday midday. The instructions were to print, sign & mail by Monday morning or be subject to late filing penalties.... MNP also did not answer my questions or follow ups pertaining to their fee structure. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
