Was looking for a new accountant and this is not it. While they were responsive and for the most part knowledgeable and able to help me with my filing, I had two calls and a handful of emails exchanged with them and it was $650. It literally amounted to under 2hrs of contact/communications. They would not disclose their fees until the work was complete and filed. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. My experience was that they will not contact you back promptly if at all, GHOSTS you when asking questions at time, AVOID using their tax services! ~~~~~ RESPONSE TO THEIR POST: NO YOU WON'T, IF YOU DID YOU WOULD PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN I CALL, OR YOU WOULD RESPOND TO MY PLETHORA OF EMAILS so cease the B.S., you have no interests in making things right else you would have fixed this during tax season, or just after, not be responding to this now in the FALL of 2024!
