I'm a pretty demanding customer and they have kept my business which is the bottom line. But it is getting worse and more expensive every year and they are on the verge of losing it. Can't recommend anymore.
When they make an error in your income tax they charge you their customer to correct that problem. I don't agree that this is a fair business practice. Has any other MNP customer had this experience?
Emily is outstanding. Everyone else I know who uses her thinks the same. Any professional or business who wants to get there finances and taxes moving in the right direction needs to be working with Emily at MNP.
