This, I believe is my first review of an accounting firm in the 20 years that I have been business. We are grateful for the partner's quick thinking and responses.
I cannot thank Nora and her team enough for what they did for me! From the moment I enquired, to the completion of my proposal, everyone was informative, caring, empathetic and patient. They were there to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process (which was a lot) everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. They truly changed my life. 14 years ago i used there services. paid my fees. should of been discharged. 14 years later its still sitting on my credit saying hearing adjourned for my discharge. Never received any paperwork on this and never found out until recently when i applied for a loan and was turned down because i hadn't been discharged. Asked a while back how i go about getting this dealt with and was told i needed to pay money to have them go back and look into it.
