10/5/2024 Are so disappointed with the service. Had ordered a 17 kva generator direct after viewing it on the store site and arranged pick up from there Victorian warehouse located in Campbellfield. From start to finish I was told nothing but lies. I requested to have an induction on pickup and was told the technicians on site would be able to do this. Drove 4 hours and arrived to find the so called warehouse in fact a steel merchant that acted as a drop of point and pick up. There was no warehouse , no technicians and only ... read more

I had a burnt out 0.5 HP pump motor for a desalinator. The team at MNP were both reactive and clear in their appraisal and workmanship. I am NOT an electrician. Their service focus helped solve the problem and turn around the complete overhaul and rewinding of the motor in a week. Highly recommended. Clear, focused and supportive. Type of firm that deserves support. I cannot fault them in any way.
