Truly the best experience i’ve ever had with any mechanic/auto shop ever! Chad and Marshall were great! Coming from someone who’s anxious and knows nothing about cars, Chad always made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything that was wrong and exactly how they planed on fixing it (and never made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about my own car lol) If you need damn near anything done on your vehicle i highly recommend MnM, very affordable, welcoming, and just all around great people :)
The quality of a business owner is reflected in the professionalism and care for their customers. Chad and his lead mechanic Marshall are cut off the same cloth. They both have excellent diagnostic skills. If you rate the quality of someone's skill by the customer waiting room and freebies. MnM,LLC is not where you will be happy. I prefer excellent quality mechanical skills and honesty. I chose MnM Repair to complete the work on my 1993 RV. The TBI rebuild operates perfectly.
Chad is amazing! Bought a new to me 21 Ram 1500 and low and behold after a few cold starts discovered I had the dreaded hemi exhaust manifold leak, called Chad up and told him I was thinking after market manifolds as they are built better and that would require replacing both manifolds at the same time, not an issue Chad had my pickup in quickly and completed the repair very quickly. They got me an appointment same day of calling and I only waited 30 minutes for my service. They let me know and showed me why my car wasn’t operating properly. They were incredibly nice too!
