Very Dishonest – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. Initially, I was quoted for 1 hour of labor to replace an oil pan. But when I returned to get the work done, the person (who identified himself as the owner, Jr.) suddenly claimed he had misunderstood the make of my car and now quoted me for 5 hours of labor. The thing is, I already knew from a previous visit elsewhere that replacing the oil pan was a simple process — just unscrewing 22 bolts, taking less than an hour. To confir... read more
Worst service ever. Very rude customer service. I made an appointment last week. When I got there, he refused to do service.What’s the reason of to make an appointment if you don’t do it. He deserves lass then 1 start. Don’t waist your time to go there. All he was saying sorry. Your sorry cannot bring back my time. Maybe your time is not important for you but my time is very important in my life.
Junior was very helpful and professional and did a great job on repairing the Cadillac we brought in. Price was good and work was completed in less than two days! As good as new!
