This place is an absolute racket. $639 for a 15min online consult which boiled down to MAYBE I should get a colonoscopy.
Be prepared to wait on the phone for over half an hour for anyone to answer and then if someone does answer, consider yourself lucky. It has happened over and over and over. There has to be a better system. Get your act together MNGi!
If you're not on Medicare, wouldn't suggest it. You're gonna get a bill from the facility, bill from the Dr, and several other bills for the multitude of biopsies totaling almost $6k. Stress reduces digestive issues, so avoiding here will likely help your health more
I always have a great experience at MNGI when it comes to managing my digestive issues. My NP, Rachael Anderson, is incredibly helpful—she consistently makes me feel heard and supported. During my recent visit for testing, the entire staff was warm and welcoming, which made the process much more comfortable.
If you want to hear what the Dr has to say after your procedure, good luck. They'll come in the second your eyes open after anesthesia, and you'll have no memory of it. They're already elbows deep into the next patient by the time you come to. Chop chop, gotta keep the assembly line running. Hurry up and get out so we can open up the bed for the next sucker, i mean patient.
