I always have a great experience at MNGI when it comes to managing my digestive issues. My NP, Rachael Anderson, is incredibly helpful—she consistently makes me feel heard and supported. During my recent visit for testing, the entire staff was warm and welcoming, which made the process much more comfortable.

If you want to hear what the Dr has to say after your procedure, good luck. They'll come in the second your eyes open after anesthesia, and you'll have no memory of it. They're already elbows deep into the next patient by the time you come to. Chop chop, gotta keep the assembly line running. Hurry up and get out so we can open up the bed for the next sucker, i mean patient.

Had an endoscopy here. My experience was great. World class staff, very professional. Procedure went off without a hitch, even. Their administration or whoever is in charge of communicating test results to patients leaves a lot to be desired. I waited three whole weeks to get my biopsy results back before I called them to ask, with nothing mailed or sent through their patient portal. Only after calling to complain were the results sent to me, which according to the results letter were completed the next day after my appointm... read more
