New Wave International Cargo is an outstanding logistics company. They have professional staffs. Specifically, Esther Gomwe is exceptional; she demonstrates high professionalism along with excellent communication skills and friendliness. I would recommend their expertise any day, anytime.
Terrible communication, dispatchers are constatly lying about ETAs and providing false information about their locations and wether they are empty or not. Recommend to stay away
tis company is the worst in logistics there dispatchers are rude and they have garbage trucks and they over charge for for services. BEWARE OF THEM! i would never recommend them for shipping a letter, much less valuable freight !!!
