After dealing with 2 negative and abrasive repair shop owners, pulled into MNC Automotive. Found Michael to not only be knowledgeable in his field , but also professional and knows how to communicate with customers. I believe his shop will be very successful and an asset to the community.
Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t beat around the bush and was very upfront and honest with me. I had my transfer case replaced on my Silverado, some front brake/suspension work done, electrical grounds fixed and a diagnostic among some other things and battery issues. He did exactly what I asked of him and he didn’t try to upsell me or convince me of something I didn’t need.
